Come paint, craft, and create with us in the fresh air! Our art classes are process-focused not product-focused. It’s all about the joy of creating while also making messy memories.
This activity is centered on 4 ideas; exploration & discovery, cause & effect, sensory adaptation, and social & emotional development.
Exploration and discovery of new textures, materials, and objects foster curiosity
Sensory activities such as pouring water and squishing play dough helps understand how the world works
Children learn to adapt to different sensory input which is essential for managing new environments and situations
These activities can be calming and help children regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and frustration
